This page contains NWO's logo and the organisation’s organogram.

Logo and organogram

NWO's logo and organogram are available in Dutch and English. Images can be downloaded here in the .eps, .jpg and .ppt formats. The logo is available in both eps and jpg in colour, black/white and slide positive (colour: PMS 485, CMYK: 100% yellow and 100% magenta). Use the menu to the right to select the logo or organogram you wish to use.

  • jpg: for word processing, presentations and the like (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • eps: for professional printing
  • ppt: for direct use via the screen

NWO house style

Use the images in accordance with the NWO house style rules.

  • The abbreviation 'NWO' is always accompanied by the full name 'Nederlandse Organisatie voor Wetenschappelijk Onderzoek' or in English 'Netherlands Organisation for Scientific Research' immediately under this.
  • The logo can be used for both an A4 and an A5 page.
  • Except for use on posters, the logo should not be enlarged or reduced in size!

Saving files

  • The .jpg and .eps files of the logo can be saved by clicking in the right menu on the link after the right mouse button 'Save as'. The .ppt files can be opened directly.
  • During the saving of an eps file the Internet browser may automatically convert the extension .eps to .ps. This mainly happens if you use Internet Explorer with Windows 9x/NT/2000/XP. You can prevent this by changing .ps back to .eps whilst saving the file.
