This document contains Chapter 3 (PDF, 5 pages) of the General Terms and Conditions of NWO Grants (14 pages). In case of different interpretation of the original (Dutch) text and this (English) translation the original Dutch text prevails.
Attention: There is a new Dutch version available dated January 2007. However, Chapter 3 is identical to the March 2005 version.

NWO's right to exist in her role as funding partner is inextricably connected to the objectivity of her decision-making and the transparity of her assessment procedures.
